The Corporate office of the Corporation at New Delhi is organised into a number of trading and services groups. These groups are headed by Managers / Chief Managers / Dy. General Managers/ Joint General Manager, who in turn report to their respective Directors / CMD.

The total manpower of the Corporation as on 31.03.2023 is 149 including 89 managers and 60 staff members.

STC has a wholly owned subsidiary, namely, STCL Ltd., which is based at Bangalore and was engaged in spices trading/ auctions. Currently, the winding-up of STCL Ltd. is under process.
